More Fuel

So my weight stayed the same for yet another week. This can only mean one thing… more food. 

Although I am a bit nervous about the idea of increasing my food plan, a friend of mine reassured me by saying, “You can totally do this, it’s all just extra ammunition to beat your eating disorder”. So that’s how i’m going to view it… it’s all just fuel to make me stronger and Ed weaker.

  1. Food increases are always anxiety provoking, but it is good to remember that when you feel anxiety and work your way through it, you just kicked ED’s butt! Keep fighting!
